The Print & Copy Bureau supports the academic, student and administrative communities at the University of Leeds. These are services provided by the University for the University on a ‘not for profit basis’.
We offer a range of ‘While You Wait’ printing, copying and binding services combined with a ‘Customer +Plus’ service where staff are on hand to provide help and support for those who require personal service. With ‘Customer +Plus’ we also offer a range of student services that are not available elsewhere on Campus. This service is available from our Reception on Level 6, Roger Stevens Building. Open Monday to Friday 8.30 am to 5.00 pm tel 0113 343 2668.

Sustainable Sources of Paper Materials
All printed products from external suppliers and all paper used with the Print & Copy Bureau is either from a recycled or a sustainable source identified through a FSC accreditation. The FSC accreditation standard is an industry wide global forest certification system with two key components: Forest Management and Chain of Custody certification. This system allows consumers to identify, purchase and use timber and forest products, including paper that is produced from sustainable well-managed forests.
There are a number of factors which prevent the wholesale use of totally recycled paper within the Print & Copy Bureau due to the limited range of materials suitable for digital printing. `Bright-white` 100% recycled paper suitable for digital printing is available upon request but this is a premium priced product and only available in a limited range of paper types.
The Print & Copy Bureau will continue to review the availability of recycled paper and ensure that all paper printed within the facility will be accredited to the FSC accreditation, as a minimum requirement.
